Clinical Application Specialist Nordics

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cytology Application Specialist to join our Nordics team.
What you can expect:
- Provide professional and technical support to customers for Hologic’s cytology products, including ThinPrep Pap Tests.
- Conduct in-depth training sessions for customers, including laboratory technicians, scientists, and clinicians, to ensure proper use and understanding of our products.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Coordinate and manage customer sites for clinical studies and evaluations, when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards and procedures.
What we expect:
- Previous experience in clinical cytology, preferably within a laboratory setting.
- Strong understanding of the diagnostics market with a focus on cytology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to travel extensively across the Nordics and occasionally internationally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for providing high-quality clinical support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
