Japanese Sales Agent

Japanese Sales Agent, Nordic Unique Travels Oy, Rovaniemi

We are one of the main tourism companies in Lapland, also with many tours around Scandinavia. We are looking for a Japanese Sales Agent to join our sales force in Rovaniemi office.

– Duration of the agreement: Start as soon as possible and last for 6 months to 1 year, possible to prolong the contract.
– Full time position
 
The collaborator we want to make part of our team must have:
– Excellent command for English language and native speakers of Japanese;
– Proficiency with MS Office;
– Bachelor (or higher) associated with the area is preferable.
 
Requirements:
– Proven experience in B2B and B2C or similar role in tourism;
– Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize work on multiple projects simultaneously;
– Experience working in a fast-paced environment;
– Positive attitude in all situations.

Basic duties and responsibilities:
– Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns in Japanese
– Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns in Japanese
– Develop and execute insightful social media strategy on Facebook and Instagram in Japanese
– Maintain 3rd party websites such as TripAdvisor and Google in Japanese
