Toimistotyöntekijä / Office Worker, Access Lapland Oy, Rovaniemi

Access Lapland Oy on Rovaniemellä toimiva DMC matkanjärjestäjä.
Haemme tulevalle talvikaudelle 1.9.2024-30.4.2025 toimistotyöntekijöitä.

Hakijalta odotamme:
– kokemusta asiakaspalvelutehtävistä tai myyntityöstä
– hyvää kirjallista ja suullista englannin kielen taitoa
– täsmällistä ja tarkkaa työotetta
– oma-aloitteisuutta ja hyviä vuorovaikutustaitoja, kykyä itsenäiseen työskentelyyn
– office tuoteperheen hyvää hallintaa (word, exel)
– positiivista asennetta

Eduksi luetaan:
-muu kielitaito
-Travius-ohjelman tuntemus
-kokemus matkailualalta

Access Lapland Oy is a DMC travel company based in Rovaniemi, Finland.

We are now looking for employees for office work.

Desired qualifications, skills, and experience:
– fluent in written and spoken English
– experience of customer service or sales and marketing
– a proactive, professional and positive attitude
– self-initiated, ability to work independently
– experience of working with office family (word,excel)

Considered an advantage:
– relevant educational background
– experience of working in travel business
– experience of working with reservation systems such as Travius
