MANSIKANPOIMIJA

Etsimme ahkeria ja periksiantamattomia työntekijöitä mansikan poimintaan. Mansikkaa kasvatetaan tilallamme avomaalla ja tunneleissa. Edellytämme työntekijöiltämme sitkeyttä, valmiutta työskennellä ulkona säällä kuin säällä sekä hyvää fyysistä kuntoa. Lisäksi edellytämme vähintään 18 vuoden ikää sekä englannin tai venäjän kielen perustaitoa. Aikaisempaa työkokemusta ei vaadita, sillä työntekijät perehdytetään tehtävään. Työnantaja tarjoaa työntekijöille työssä tarvittavat välineet (pois lukien kumpparit).

Tarjoamme sinulle rennon ja kansainvälisen työilmapiirin, mahdollisuuden vaikuttaa ansioihisi omalla ahkeruudellasi sekä työehtosopimuksen mukaiset työehdot. Poimintatyöstä maksetaan urakkapalkkaa. Työtä tehdään keskimäärin 8 tuntia päivässä, kuutena päivänä viikossa. Työtä on tarjolla heinäkuun ajalle.

Työntekijöiden on mahdollista majoittua tilallamme pihapiirimme rakennuksiin remontoiduissa 2-6 hengen huoneissa. Siistit keittiö-, wc- ja suihkutilat ovat kaikille yhteiset. Työntekijöillä on käytössään wifi-verkko sekä pyykinpesukone. Majoitusmaksu on 5 €/päivä, sisältää sähkön ja veden.

Tilamme sijaitsee 20 km päässä Suonenjoen keskustasta. Noudamme tarvittaessa työntekijämme heidän saapuessaan lähimmältä juna- tai linja-autoasemalta, samoin viemme heidät lähtiessään pois. Työntekijöillä on käytössään auto, jolla he voivat omatoimisesti hoitaa ruokakauppa-asioitaan yhdessä sovittujen pelisääntöjen mukaan veloituksetta.

STRAWBERRY PICKER

We are looking for hardworking and determined individuals for strawberry picking. Strawberries are grown on our farm in open fields and tunnels. We require our workers to be persistent, ready to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and have good physical fitness. Additionally, we require a minimum age of 18 years and basic proficiency in English or Russian. Previous experience is not necessary, as workers will be trained for the task. The employer provides the necessary tools for the job (excluding rubber boots).

We offer you a relaxed and international work atmosphere, the opportunity to influence your earnings with your own hard work and working conditions according to the collective agreement. Harvest work is paid on a piecework basis. The average daily working hours are 8 hours, six days a week. The work is available for the month of July.

The farm provides accommodation in renovated rooms for 2-6 people. The accommodation facilities include shared kitchen, toilet, shower facilities. In addition, there is a washing machine and wifi available. The accommodation fee is 5 € / day, including electricity and water.

Our farm is located 20 km from the center of Suonenjoki. If needed, we provide transportation for our employees from the nearest train or bus station upon arrival, and we take them back there when they leave. Employees have access to a car free of charge for independent grocery shopping within agreed-upon guidelines.
