Technical Sales Support (export sales team), Kolmeks Oy, Janakkala

Job Summary:
We are seeking Technical Sales Support with an interest in working with international customers from wide variety of different application areas. The ideal candidate has a technical background, good communication skills, and a willingness to good customer service. You can be a newly graduated or a person with longer experience in working with technical support or corresponding functions. Your willingness to learn and develop our team’s working efficiency plays an important role.

Work includes supporting of our export sales team with offers, after-sales services and developing sales material together with our marketing team and product management. Sales support will work with other departments in our organization including product development, service and manufacturing.

Main responsibilities:
– Work with the sales team in creating technical proposals, presentations and other materials to support the sales process.
– Supporting customers to find suitable technical solutions for their needs.
– Collaboration with different departments in the company.
– Customer training and guidance.
– Develop and carry out after-sales services for export customers.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s, or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
– Interest in technical support.
– Basic technical expertise in technical applications and solutions.
– Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Willingness to travel.
– Basic level of Finnish and good English skills is mandatory.
