As one of the beauty industry’s fastest growing and most spirited brands, Benefit Cosmetics is now looking for sales promoter in travel retail in Helsinki to join onboard on Tallink Silja ferries to drive product sales and contribute to high-standard customer service in stores.
The role of sales promoter for Benefit Cosmetics is a temporary full-time position between May-October 2024, and requires the flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings and during the weekends. You will be working for Benefit Cosmetics, but your employer is SP-Works.

Main Responsibilities

Sales (including achieving KPIs, individual and total sales targets)
Monitoring of targets on a regular basis and sharing relevant feedback with the Retail Manager.
Creation and implementation of considered action plan/s in connection to new product launches
Relationship management (e.g. establish, develop, maintain and encourage strong relationships with Benefit employees, tax-free shop managers, and others)
Reporting to Retail Manager
Help the Training Manager identify training needs and in onboarding
Acting according to health & safety regulations
Merchandising in stores

What we are looking for

A goal-driven mindset, ready to reach required targets
Fluency in English and Finnish
Passion for cosmetics
Proven sales record
Experience in working with cosmetics
The ability to work in a high-pressure environment
A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to excel in customer service
Excellent communication skills
Attention-to-detail
Ability to work individually as well as a part of the team
