Brand and Procurement Manager

Brand and Procurement Manager, Ecom Scroll Oy, Lahti

Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty across various digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in marketing materials, product packaging, and customer communications.

Lead procurement efforts to source high-quality products from South Asia and China at competitive prices, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers/vendors and buyers to optimize costs and maintain strong relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
Analyze procurement data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to branding and procurement.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Journalism.
Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry or in Media.
Strong network with suppliers in South Asia and China and with potential buyers in Europe.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results.
Experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
Proficiency in data analysis tools/software and Microsoft Office Suite, Video and Photo Editing
Fluency in English, Urdu/Hindi
