looking for. We are seeking a SHIFT MANAGER for Rax Pizzabuffet Pori.

Previous work experience in the restaurant and service sector or from working in the kitchen are considered an advantage and the attributes for succeeding in the position of a shift manager. You are driven by a strong desire to develop your managerial skills and are able to work both in a team and independently, as the work also includes working alone.

The employment relationship is permanent. Your average amount of working hours is at least 63-75 hours per 3 weeks, and you will be employed by Restel Ravintolat Oy.

Job description

Your duties include all typical restaurant work duties, such as cash register and kitchen tasks as well as ensuring cleanliness in the restaurant area. It is your responsibility to ensure the satisfaction of your customers and to make sure that your team serves the customers with a friendly service attitude.

You will receive comprehensive orientation and instructions, meaning that previous experience in kitchen work is not necessary.
