We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist to join our team.

We at Pinja are committed on building more sustainable world, byte by byte. We are successful when our solutions enable our clients to reduce their energy consumption, save in material costs, and operate transparently in production and supply chain emissions reporting. Pinja’s service production is built on a sustainable way of doing business, developing skills, and reducing the environmental burden.

We love data and reporting!

The core of your work will be Pinja’s sustainability reporting and its development as part of our business support team. Our diverse and skilled team has a productive, practical and positive culture. Currently we are building CSRD readiness for 2026 and now is a good moment to join the project in its early stages.

We highly value your interest and desire to grow into an expert in corporate sustainability. You can be a future sustainability star completing your studies or already an experienced sustainability expert. The more specific responsibilities of the position will be shaped according to your skills and interests.

The following knowledge and skills are useful for the job:

Willingness to grow and develop into the role.
In the beginning, there is no need to know everything.

Responsible and productive approach to work.
Ability to adopt standards, produce written text and publishable communication.

Education/knowledge for corporate responsibility:
 e.g. CSRD, ESRS, GHG, Taxonomy, GRI, UNCG.

Technical skills for reporting:
Office tools, Excel/Google sheet, Power BI is a plus.

Good communication skills in English and Finnish.
