What You Will Do

– Request quotes from our suppliers
– Place orders and coordinate the delivery of goods
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints
– Draft quotes and delivery contracts
– Update price lists and provide the finance department with necessary billing information
– Manage shipments from our warehouse
– Maintain customer, supplier, and product information in our systems
– Assist with other administrative tasks and support duties within sales

What We Are Looking For

– Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing
– Good knowledge of Swedish is highly advantageous
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Attention to detail and accuracy
