We are currently looking for maintenance technicians for our client Siemens Gamesa for a permanent positions. We are seeking applicants with a positive attitude and interest in working with wind turbines. Are you the cheerful team player we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is interested in an engaging and versatile job. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our clients’ wind turbines in the wind farms. In addition, your tasks may include:

   -Implementing improvement measures and suggesting changes
   -Collaborating with colleagues and support team to solve problems on site
   -Reporting and documenting work in sufficient detail and quality

We hope the applicant has:

   -Education in a technical field. A degree in electrical engineering is advantageous for the position.
   -Previous experience in wind energy, electricity, mechanics, or hydraulics is considered a plus.
   -Ability to work at heights.
   -A valid B driver’s license is a requirement for the position.
   -Clear communication skills in English. Proficiency in Finnish is a bonus.
   -A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to find solutions in challenging situations.
   -Candidates who are selected will undergo a physical test as a requirement for starting the employment.

To ensure success in the role, you will receive intensive initial training, as well as ongoing education and coaching.
