We are especially looking for chefs who specialize in **authentic Chinese cuisine**, including:

– Sichuan cuisine

– Authentic Sichuan-style dishes and stir-fries

– Traditional Chinese specialties

– Chinese street food and snacks

– Noodles and handmade noodle dishes

– Rice dishes and fried rice

– Wok cooking

– Various regional Chinese specialties

Chefs who can **independently manage a kitchen station and prepare dishes to a consistent professional standard** are especially welcome.

**Requirements**

– Professional experience as a chef

– Strong cooking skills and practical restaurant experience

– Ability to work independently

– Good understanding of food quality, taste and presentation

– Responsible, reliable and hardworking

– Good teamwork and communication skills

– Previous overseas work experience is an advantage, but not required
