Portfolio Manager, Online Poker 

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to drive Veikkaus’ Online Poker success. This role is particularly crucial as Veikkaus continues to accelerate the expansion of its Online Poker vertical. Your primary focus in this position will be to bring Veikkaus customers the best online poker experience in the industry.

As Online Poker Portfolio Manager, you will drive the performance of our digital Poker business. Your responsibilities include managing, planning, and optimizing the online poker product portfolio to achieve the best possible outcomes. The Portfolio Manager position requires experience in operating online casinos, creating solid product roadmaps as well as producing business cases to support investment decisions. You will work internally and externally with several cross-functional teams to ensure we create the best customer experience possible.  

 You will   

• Have end to end accountability for online poker performance  

• Manage poker game portfolio, the roadmap and visibility on site  

• Monitor performance and optimize our poker offering 

• Analyze and produce data to understand Online Poker customers in order to optimize the offering  

• Manage Veikkaus Online Poker experiences as well as innovate new ways to enhance it 

• Collaborate and maintain strong relationships across the board, whether that be externally with our Online Poker supplier, the Regulator or internally  

• Monitor competitors and market trends to ensure we remain ahead of the competition  

• Align with Sales & Marketing, Front End and other teams on key game or feature launches and software upgrades to ensure we provide customers the best experience possible  

• In addition to your primary responsibilities, help your team members to achieve goals  

Our ideal candidate will have:  

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables.  

• High motivation and energy to deliver the best customer experience.  

• A commercially focused and dynamic mindset. You are capable of working in a constantly changing environment.  

• A can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.  

• At least 2 years of experience in online poker or other online casino roles.  

• Solid industry experience, good knowledge of gaming content providers, operators, and gaming generally.  

• You are capable of building strong business relationships across the business and externally.  

• Experience in project management processes and good organizational and influencing skills.  

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
