Solution Analyst – Expert

Our banking client is looking for Expert Solution Analyst to join their team in August.

About the assignment and your responsibilities:
• Your task is to draw up an execution plan based on prior work done (blueprint and architecture)
• Align with stakeholders and handle demand intake – also managing dependencies with affiliated components belonging to same end2end flow
• Work together with architects and lead developers to form the product (new calculation engine). Selected Tech stack contains Python, Docker, Kubernetes, AirFlow

Required knowledge and experience:
• Project Management capabilities
• Data analysis
• MySQL
• Python
• Capability to draw up an execution plan
• Working independently in changing environment
• Very self-driven role with the strong to -do attitude .
• Working on projects like: calculation engine , building systems from the scratch , maintaining and improving solutions
• Functional understanding of Credit Risk and capital calculations of a bank, both SA and IRB
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Affiliation with SAFe Agile

Allocation: 100 %
Assignment start date: August
Duration: 30.6.2025
Location: Helsinki, Finland. Team is working from the office on a weekly basis.
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
