Project HSE Lead

Join Enersense’s brave professionals! We are now looking for a Project HSE Lead to work in Mäntyluoto, Pori. The start would be immediately and the project duration is until the end of January 2025 (possibly extended depending on the upcoming projects).

The position is located in the industry business division, and for Enersense Offshore Oy. Enersense Offshore Oy is a Finnish powerhouse specializing in engineering, project management and fabrication in heavy steel industry. Having extensive experience in delivering demanding global turnkey projects. The company is continuing the long offshore-industry tradition in Pori, based on major project deliveries over five decades. Enersense Offshore has plenty of experience in large domestic and international engineering-, project management and fabrication projects.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Development of Project HSE Plans to ensure its compliance with the requirements set by the clients
* Responsible for client communication and reporting in regard to HSE matters 
* Development, implementation, and coordination of the applicable risk analysis studies.
* Monitor, develop and implement occupational safety and environmentally friendly practices on site
* Promote awareness of HSE policies and procedures in project deliveries
* Conducting supplier and vendor HSE audits according to the project audit plan
* Organise onboarding and training for employees
* Owner of the project HSE lesson learnt process
* Succeed with additional tasks as advised by the manager being reported to

Requirements:
* Suitable educational background and experience from construction and/or fabrication site
* Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in Construction/Fabrication field 
* Experience and knowledge in local HSE legislation
* Ability to demonstrate consistent application of HSE practices
* Good communication and social skills 
* Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment 
* Good problem-solving skills with proactive attitude
* Good level of English skills
