Manager, Construction Management

Are you ready to lead your team to new heights of success? We are currently looking for a Construction Management Manager for permanent position in Porvoo. 

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 site managers and provide guidance, support, and oversight
* Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Approve and track expenditures, ensuring they align with the budget and project requirements
* Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and project specifications
* Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating any financial risks
* Promote a culture of safety on all construction sites, ensuring site managers and workers adhere to safety protocols
* Maintain clear and effective communication with site managers, project stakeholders and senior management
* Provide strategic direction and support to site managers in resolving complex construction challenges
* Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
* Strong experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in the construction and/or process industry
* Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials and regulations
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Commitment to promoting employee well-being and creating a positive work environment
* Fluent English skills
