Quality Engineer / QARA Specialist

Are you looking for challenging and interesting work that enables health and well-being? We’re looking for an active and enthusiastic quality assurance and development professional in Kuopio or Oulu.

In this task you will developing the processes, working methods, work instructions and reporting used in R&D and manufacturing of Bittium’s Medical devices. You will participate into designing and implementing new practices. In addition to this, your tasks include continuous development of current metrics, maintenance and other tasks relating to operations and supplier management. We wish you to have a pro-active approach and competence in handling corrective and preventive actions.

We expect you to have:

• Suitable technical education (Master of Science in Technology or equivalent academic degree)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in medical device industry
• Knowledge on medical device regulations and standards (incl. MSDAP, 13485, MDR)
• Knowledge on medical device quality control processes (NC, CAPA, PMS, trending etc.)
• You’re a team player with communication skills
• Skills in management by situations and problem solving
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
• Fluency in Finnish and English languages

Previous experience in manufacturing industries is a plus. We especially appreciate previous experience in developing and follow-up of manufacturing quality control processes.
