We are now establishing a new role, Global HR Process & System Lead, to ensure our HR system and processes scale with the business and deliver real impact. This role is central to our ongoing SuccessFactors implementation and HR roadmap. You will own how HR systems and processes work together across Vexve, gradually globally aligned, yet locally relevant.

As Global HR Process & System Lead, you are the owner of Vexve’s global HR system and core HR processes. You operate at the intersection of HR, IT and business, ensuring that systems, processes, and ways of working are aligned, efficient and support both operational excellence and employee experience. You will also play a key role in Vexve’s global HR support model, guiding local key users, enabling self-service and acting as the escalation point for complex system and process topics.

Key Responsibilities

Global HR Process Ownership

  • Define, standardize and continuously improve end-to-end HR processes 
  • Drive global harmonization while balancing local requirements 
  • Ensure processes are clear, practical and consistently applied 
  • Act as the global decision-maker on process-related topics 

HR System Ownership & Development

  • Own the global HR system (SuccessFactors) and its governance 
  • Define and drive the system roadmap and development priorities 
  • Ensure the system supports business needs, data quality and reporting 
  • Translate business needs into scalable system solutions 

Global HR System Community & Collaboration

  • Lead and enable the network of local HR key users
  • Build strong collaboration and knowledge sharing across countries 
  • Act as the main interface between HR, IT and external vendors 
  • Support adoption, continuous improvement, and change initiatives

What It Takes to Succeed in this role

This role requires a combination of deep expertise and strong influence. You will be successful if you:

  • Bring hands-on experience with modern HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors 
  • Understand HR processes end-to-end (hire-to-retire) and can define what “good” looks like in practice 
  • Are able to translate business needs into scalable processes and system solutions 
  • Have strong collaboration skills and work effectively across functions and geographies 
  • Demonstrate excellent influencing skills, aligning stakeholders without formal authority in English.
  • Are comfortable operating in a global, cross-cultural environment

Your Profile

  • Multiple years of experience in global HR systems and process development 
  • Strong understanding of HR data, governance and system architecture 
  • Proven track record in cross-functional and international environments 
  • Experience working with vendors and system partners 
  • Analytical, structured and business-oriented mindset 
  • Hands-on and pragmatic approach to execution

In this job you have high-impact role with real ownership and an opportunity to shape global HR processes and systems from the ground up & be at the forefront of HR digitalization in a scaling international company. The role reports to the Group CHRO. The location is Finland, preferably within a 2 to 3-hour commute from Vexve HQ (Sastamala), with a hybrid working model.
