As an Evening Housekeeping Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Helsinki, you will play a key role in delivering the brands signature luxury experience by ensuring each guest room is impeccably prepared for a restful evening. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms while providing refined turndown service as part of the hotels ongoing commitment to exceptional guest service and operational excellence.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates excellent communication skills in fluent English, along with a professional appearance and high grooming standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

– Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

– Provide turndown service, including but not limited to partially removing and neatly storing bedcovers, fulfilling guest preferences, and replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies

– Change bed linens if needed and ensure presentation aligns with brand expectations

– Replenish all guest amenities, linens, and in-room supplies

– Vacuum floors and remove waste, maintaining a spotless environment

– Conduct a thorough visual inspection of each room upon completion

– Dispose of waste and recyclables in line with the hotels sustainability guidelines

– Support Room Attendant duties and other housekeeping services as needed

– Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience

What We Are Looking For

– Fluent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)

– Impeccable grooming and professional presentation in line with luxury brand standards

– Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred

– Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation

– A passion for delivering exceptional guest service

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays

– Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting

– Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethicHas a valid working visa
