As a **Housekeeper**, you’re not just cleaning guest rooms – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces that help every guest feel at home.

**Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:**

– Clean and service guest rooms according to brand standards, ensuring every room is presented to the highest level of cleanliness and comfort.

– Change bed linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure all guest room facilities are in excellent condition.

– Maintain cleanliness in public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas as required.

– Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the appropriate department promptly.

– Ensure housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and cleaning equipment are organized, stocked, and maintained.

– Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures to provide a safe environment for guests and team members.

– Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently to help create a memorable stay.

– Support the housekeeping team by working collaboratively to achieve daily room and cleanliness targets.
