Service Instructor

**Join us as a Service Instructor in Cleaning Services for Commercial Cleaning – Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Tuusula, Järvenpää, Kerava, Nurmijärvi**

Are you a skilled cleaning services professional interested in a coordinating role where you can support the daily operations of a team and ensure high-quality service delivery? With us, work is carried out responsibly as part of a reliable team.

You will work under the supervision of a manager as a Service Instructor, and you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning services at customer sites. You will work responsibly and ensure that tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with shared quality standards and operating procedures. You will act as a key link between employees, supervisors, and customers, supporting your manager, although the role does not include formal managerial responsibility.

Customer service plays a central role in this position, and success in the role requires a customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. In your role, you will directly influence the customer experience and the smoothness of customer relationships, so active collaboration, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach are essential.

**Your responsibilities include, among other things:**

– Working in environments such as retail stores, offices, service housing units, schools, and cafeterias

– Ensuring the quality and smooth execution of daily cleaning work, as well as planning work distribution and cost-efficient use of resources

– Continuously developing operations together with your supervisor and actively contributing development ideas

– Guiding and onboarding employees and ensuring safe working practices

– Customer cooperation

– Regular participation in practical cleaning work

We expect from you:

– Experience in cleaning work and knowledge of commercial cleaning services

– The ability to guide and support the work community in daily situations, promote an equal and respectful working atmosphere, and provide clear feedback

– Good organizational skills and initiative

– A customer-friendly approach and positive attitude

– The ability to work under pressure and solve problems

– Fluent communication skills in Finnish. Language skills are important in a coordinating role to ensure understanding of work instructions, safe working practices, and handling employment-related matters.

– If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit

– A drivers license, as the working area is extensive and the work is mobile

– Education in the cleaning industry, previous experience in supervisory or coordinating roles, and a hygiene passport and/or occupational safety card are considered an advantage

We offer you:

– A permanent, full-time employment contract, 37.5 hours per week

– Work shifts on weekdays and weekends, including morning, day, and evening shifts. We hope for flexibility regarding different working hours.
