Service Instructor

**Join Us as a Service Instructor in Cleaning Services Commercial Cleaning / Uusimaa**

Are you a professional in the cleaning services industry and interested in a guiding role where you can support the daily operations of a team and ensure high-quality service delivery?

You will work under a supervisor as a Service Instructor in Helsinki-Espoo-Vantaa area, and have a key responsibility in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning services at customer sites. You will act as a key link between employees, management, and customers in support of your supervisor, although the role does not include formal managerial responsibility.

Customer service plays a central role in this position, and success requires a customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. In your role, you will directly influence customer experience and the smoothness of customer relationships, so active cooperation, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach are essential.

Your responsibilities include:

– Ensuring the quality and smooth execution of daily cleaning work, as well as planning work allocation and cost-efficient use of resources

– Continuously developing operations together with your supervisor and actively participating in improvement initiatives

– Guiding and onboarding staff

– Customer cooperation

– Regular participation in practical cleaning work

We expect from you:

– Experience in cleaning work and knowledge of commercial cleaning services

– Education in the cleaning industry

– Ability to guide and support the work community in daily situations and provide clear feedback

– Organizational skills and initiative

– A customer-friendly working style and positive attitude

– Ability to work under pressure and solve problems

– Good spoken and written communication skills in Finnish or English. Language skills are important in this guiding role to ensure understanding of work instructions, safe working practices, and handling employment-related matters

– If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit

– A drivers license and access to your own car, as the work area is mobile in nature

Previous experience in supervisory or team-leading roles, as well as a hygiene passport and/or occupational safety card, are considered an advantage.

We offer you:

– A permanent full-time employment contract, 37.5 hours per week

– Work shifts on weekdays in morning, daytime, and evening shifts (we hope for flexibility to work different shifts when necessary, including weekends)
