Apprenticeship Trainee Cleaning and Property Services

Maw Siivouspalvelut Oy is a Finnish cleaning and property services company operating across multiple regions in Finland, serving commercial, restaurant, and property sector clients.

We are seeking motivated candidates interested in completing a Vocational Qualification in Cleaning and Property Services through an apprenticeship-oriented training pathway in cooperation with a Finnish vocational institution.

The position combines workplace learning with vocational studies and provides practical experience in professional cleaning and hygiene-related environments.

Main work tasks include:

* Commercial cleaning

* Restaurant and kitchen cleaning

* Floor care and sanitation

* Cleaning of customer and staff facilities

* Use of professional cleaning equipment and chemicals

* Maintaining hygiene and safety standards according to Finnish regulations

* Supporting daily property and maintenance-related cleaning tasks

Requirements:

* Previous experience in cleaning, sanitation, property services, or related practical work

* Interest in vocational education and professional skills development

* Ability to work in physically active environments

* Basic English communication skills (Finnish language skills are considered an advantage)

* Motivation to learn Finnish workplace and hygiene standards

The work may take place across different operational locations in Finland depending on the training plan and customer sites.

Employment terms, apprenticeship arrangements, and workplace learning will be carried out in accordance with Finnish labour and vocational education regulations.
