As our client company Good Sign Oy’s business grows, we are looking for a Senior Software Developer for Good Sign Oy in Helsinki. The position is permanent and full-time, with a start date in January-February 2025. Eilakaisla acts as the recruitment partner, and the employment contract will be made with Good Sign Oy.

Your role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing scalable and robust solutions for our CPQ App and Good Sign billing platform, with an emphasis on frontend React development, and backfilling backend, and SQL development. As the Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing our new CPQ product FrontEnd. You are also able to contribute to the API and BackEnd development when needed. You will collaborate closely with the Product team members and other key stakeholders to align development practices with business needs and ensure continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include

– React and Next.js Development, Design and develop scalable, user-friendly React components for the CPQ product.

– Collaborate with the backend team to integrate services and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.

– Full-Stack Development, Contribute to both frontend and backend efforts, ensuring cohesive development across the stack (ASP.NET8, C#, and SQL server)

To be successful in this role, you should have

– At least 3 years’ work experience in a software development role

– Familiarity with fintech is considered a plus.

– Previous work experience with API development and CI/CD pipelines

– Understanding of Agile methodology

– Good knowledge of SQL is preferred (We use stored procedures)

– Good communication skills and ability to discuss software design decisions.

– Excellent analytical problem-solving and prioritization skills.

– Eagerness to learn new things and have a get things done attitude.

– Good initiative skills and the ability to work independently with minor supervision. Our team offers a lot of freedom and ownership.

– Fluent English communication skills

– Finnish communication skill is an advantage
