Electrical Supervisor

We are currently looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our client’s large-scale data centre construction projects in the Helsinki region.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works on site and ensuring that project activities are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with technical requirements, project schedules and quality standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical contractors on site
* Monitor electrical installations to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with plans, technical specifications, regulations and industry standards
* Track site progress, identify deviations or potential risks and participate in planning and implementing corrective actions
* Inspect the quality of installations and participate in commissioning activities, testing, inspections and handover procedures
* Work closely with project specialists, design engineers and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Evaluate implementation alternatives and contribute to the selection of technical solutions
* Support schedule and cost control activities and report project progress to project management
* Monitor compliance with health and safety requirements and promote safe working practices on site
* Maintain up-to-date project documentation, inspection records and reporting

Requirements:
* Relevant electrical engineering educational background
* Previous experience in electrical supervision, site management, or electrical construction projects
* Strong understanding of electrical installations, site supervision, and commissioning activities
* Knowledge of contract management as well as cost, schedule, and quality control
* Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
* Systematic, proactive, and solution-oriented working approach with the ability to manage larger project entities
* Finnish language skills
* The salary for this position is 5,000€–7,000€ per month, depending on experience and expertise. We are happy to discuss your experience and expectations during the interview process.
