Data & Analytics Senior Developer

Join the team of brave professionals at Enersense! We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Data & Analytics Senior Developer to lead the design, development and operation of the Enersense Data Platform and Analytics solutions. The preferred office locations for this role are Helsinki or Tampere, but we offer a flexible hybrid working model with the possibility to work remotely.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing Data Platform and Analytics roadmap while driving continuous improvements. You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to capture demand and ensure business value realization. You will drive continuous development of our Data Platform and Analytics services to ensure high quality, efficiency and transparency for our internal and external customers. 

As a Data & Analytics Senior Developer, your main responsibilities will be:
* Collaborate with business key stakeholders and other IT teams to identify business demands and deliver best-fitting solutions to realize business value
* Plan and drive Microsoft Azure Data Platform and Power Platform strategy and roadmaps
* Develop and maintain the technology stack for Data Platform platforms and Analytics
* Lead Data Platform and Power Platform solution design, development and operations 
* Provide expert advice on Microsoft Fabric/Power Platform technology, data architecture and system architecture
* Develop and manage support and development processes 
* Develop and manage vendor/partner network on own responsibility area
* Foster a team culture for improving Data and Analytics solution utilization

Requirements: 
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline
* Over 3 years of hands-on experience delivering high-performing IT services (development/support) for Data Platform Service including all stages of data lifecycle from data ingestion, storing, cleansing, transforming, modelling and serving for multiple use purposes
* You are ambitious, solution-oriented and possess strong analytical problem-solving skills, combined with a commitment to excellent customer service
* Proven ability and experience in designing and implementing industry functional solutions, with expertise in forming a client industry specific program roadmap and plan 
* High level technical expertise in Microsoft Data Platform solutions 
* Extensive experience with Power Platform applications especially PowerBI
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
* Project management experience is considered an advantage
