Project Controller

We are currently looking for a Project Controller in Porvoo, Finland. The start would be as soon as possible and the position is permanent.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Plan and execute cost estimating responsibilities according to quality standards in projects independently 
* Ensure applicable, accurate and consistent data by audits and cross checks
* Ensure project risks are identified and adequately addressed in the estimate
* Ask quantity take-offs and vendor pricing from disciplines and in co-operation with purchasing
* Obtain relevant craft productivity, wage rates, and construction cost indexes input from Field Services or other entity
* Compile the estimates with associated pricing according the standard form
* Conduct cost risk analysis as appropriate for type of estimate
* Lead own professional development according to the strategic vision
* Engage with Project Team and relevant customer representatives
* Project reporting
* Progress reporting for engineering, procurement and construction
* Development of reporting and planning tools

Requirements:
* Suitable educational background
* Project controlling experience from large industrial projects 
* Team player with good attitude and readiness to work also on site (hybrid working model possibility)
* Experience of SAP and Power BI is considered as an advantage
