We’re on the lookout for a new member to join us as a Business Manager or Junior Business Manager. In this role, you’ll oversee fantastic wine brands, guiding their performance and growth across various channels. You will create, oversee, and refine marketing campaigns for these brands. You will collaborate closely with our partners innovating new product and marketing approaches to the Finnish market. Collaboration is key, as you’ll interact with partners, customers, and our internal teams—including, logistics, sales, and marketing.

This position offers the chance to impact both our company’s and our partners’ success, while also championing sustainable and innovative approaches. This position is located in Helsinki and requires occasional travelling.

Role Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or equivalent. 
• At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or product management. 
• Direct experience with consumer goods marketing preferred. 
• Track record in managing portfolios and customers. Analytical and inventive mindset for fostering product desire.
• Demonstrated ability in marketing analysis, pricing, monitoring, and reporting. Competent in project management and proficient in MS Office software. 
• Proficiency in Finnish and English languages, other languages are considered as an asset.

Your past work with wines and wine-related partnerships will be valued. The ability to prioritize, convey a clear direction, and captivate customers is critical in this position.
