Join us at our Helsinki hub as a Communication Specialist, where you’ll engage as a partner across business, HR, and marketing domains. We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and seasoned Communication Specialist to enhance our team’s capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring some minimum 2-3 years of experience in devising and executing communication strategies, coupled with stellar writing and presentation prowess.
Your mission will include:
– Elevating Nordec Group’s communications strategy, both internal and external
– Crafting and disseminating project-centric news and updates
– Generating and refining content across diverse communication platforms
– Fostering collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
– Fortifying our Employer brand in synergy with HR
We seek:
– Demonstrable expertise in a comparable role
– A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related discipline
– Proficiency in Finnish and English, with Swedish being an asset
– Exceptional writing and presentation acumen
– Adeptness in both external and internal communications
– Proficiency in social media engagement, particularly LinkedIn
– Familiarity with SharePoint (MyNordec), WordPress, MS O365 and Salesforce
– Outstanding organizational and project management skills
– A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented creative thinker
