Waiter

A waiters job involves a wide range of customer service tasks in a restaurant or other food service establishment. They are responsible for taking customer orders, recommending food and drink options, serving ordered meals and drinks to the tables, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience. The waiter is also responsible for billing, accepting payments, and resolving any customer issues quickly and courteously. Tasks may also include setting and clearing tables, collecting dishes, and handling other daily routines in the restaurant, such as assisting the kitchen and collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth service. The waiter must be familiar with hygiene and safety guidelines and able to work efficiently in a busy environment. In addition, good product knowledge and an excellent customer service attitude are key to success in the role.
