What We Expect From You

• Strong skills in C++, CMake, Python, and experience with embedded software development
• Understanding of Linux and/or Windows
• Experience with real‑time systems, testing, and CI/CD is considered an advantage
• Good collaboration skills and familiarity with agile working methods
• Fluency in English (Finnish is an advantage)

Recruitment Process

Our hiring process begins with an initial conversation with Wirestaff at a mutually agreed time. In this discussion, we’ll talk through your background, skills, experience and your expectations for the future. You’ll also learn more about Wirestaff’s role in the process and how we support both you and our client.

Next, we will arrange a meeting with Ubikon Oy. During this discussion, you’ll have the opportunity to meet representatives from Ubikon Oy and potentially your future colleagues. Together,  you will dive deeper into the role, the team, and the day-to-day work.

After all discussions are completed, Wirestaff and Ubikon Oy will jointly evaluate the candidates’ fit for the position and agree on the next steps in the process.
