Receptionists for winter season 2026/2027
We are now looking for **receptionists** for the winter season 20262027.
Our guests arrive from around the world, and reception is where their stay begins and ends. In this role, you help ensure everything runs smoothly from arrival to departure.
**What your workday looks like**
Days vary, but here is a typical rhythm:
**Morning departures and planning** Guests enjoy breakfast and check their daily activity schedules. At reception, you go through departures, arrivals, and any special arrangements.
Check-out is by 11:00, with the busiest time usually between 10:0011:00. Youll handle payments, departures, and talk with guests about their stay.
**Midday coordination and preparation** After check-out, theres usually time to handle emails, booking channels, and prepare for the next arrivals.
Reception acts as the hub of the hotel: the kitchen confirms guest numbers, the restaurant checks reservations, and housekeeping reports updates such as lost & found items.
**Afternoon & evening arrivals** Check-in starts at 15:00, and new guests arrive throughout the afternoon and evening, often via our airport transfers.
You welcome guests, guide them through their stay, and assist with any questions. The evening is a mix of new arrivals and ongoing guest service.
