Shift Manager, Bronda

To be eligible for this position, you must have at least four years of experience in the restaurant industry and be fluent in both Finnish and English. Previous leadership experience is an advantage, but individuals with a strong background in serving may also find this role a stepping stone to management positions. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, strong teamwork abilities, and a firm leadership attitude. We particularly value a desire to develop your own skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. As Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s daily operations as part of a strong management team.
