Assistant Restaurant Manager, Bronda

At Bronda, we take our guests on a culinary journey through modern brasserie cuisine, embracing the flavors of Spain, Italy, and France.

Your role will involve working alongside the Restaurant Manager to oversee the restaurants sales and daily operations.

We expect candidates to have prior experience in similar leadership positions, strong and versatile expertise, excellent social skills, and a firm yet approachable attitude. We value the ability to lead by example, support colleagues, and a desire to continuously develop our operations, with a passion for food, sake, and wine being key.

A good knowledge of gastronomy, an understanding of industry metrics and administrative tasks, fluency in English, and extensive experience in human resource management are essential for success in this role. However, the most crucial factor for success is a genuine desire to work with people and a passion for our product.
