Restaurant Manager for a Pasta bar in Helsinki

Third Place is a restaurant that will open at the end of 2024. It is a pasta bar restaurant that is open only during evenings. Third Place will serve also alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beer.

We are looking for a motivated, and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.

Your role will involve leading the restaurants sales and daily operations.

We require previous experience in similar managerial positions, solid and versatile expertise, excellent social skills, and a firm, confident attitude. We value the ability to lead by example, support colleagues, and the desire to continuously improve our operations, along with a passion for food, wines, and music.

A strong understanding of gastronomy, familiarity with industry key figures, administrative tasks, fluency in English, and extensive knowledge of HR are essential for success in this role. However, the most important key to success is a genuine desire to work with people and a passion for what we offer.
