Also, the person need to have the ability to manage and take care of the back kitchen with clear instructions. The chef needs to ensure high-quality maintenance of all kitchen practices including hygienic and food safety, inventory, etc. Being friendly communication and teamwork skills are highly valued.
The chef in the kitchen is also responsible for supporting and Supervising the Assistant chef.
