HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to join our international Team Tekniq! You play a key role in ensuring that operational HR related matters run smoothly, collaboration with international stakeholders like payroll works effective and on-time and HR administrational matters are in order and place. In this role, you can succeed with a positive attitude and an enthusiastic and interested approach to learning new things. If you have already previous experience in, for example working with posted worker employees or international payroll it is an advantage.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
– Global payroll management and administration
– Contractual administration
– Employees lifecycle management from onboarding to exit
– Authorization reporting and documentation
– HR Administration
– Recruiting and resourcing
– Occupational Health Care management
– Travel Insurance management
– Internal communication

Qualifications and experience:
– Bachelors or masters degree of suitable education f.e. Economics
– Good understanding of working in international environment
– Experience in international payroll and taxation is advantage
– Willing to take responsibility and able to make decisions
– Confident in working independently and taking initiative
– Excellent team working skills and organizational skills
– Fluent Finnish and English skills
