Service & Operations Agent and Traffic Assistant, Turku
In your role, you ensure smooth passenger departure processes and excellent customer experience. The work is varied, dynamic, and filled with interactions with different customers.
As a Service & Operations Agent, your duties include customer service at the check-in desk, at self-service check-in machines, and at passenger gates, the use of passenger bridges, service for customers moving by car at the car field, directing traffic, as well as involvement in ship unloading and loading.
As a Traffic Assistant, your work consists of serving customers moving by car outdoors at the car field, traffic control, and participating in ship unloading and loading.

Employment relationships for both positions are fixed-term for the 2026 summer season, in part-time shift work between 15:00-20:30 on any day of the week. We offer an average of 32 hours/4 weeks. The induction period is paid and attendance is a prerequisite for employment.
