As a Housekeeper at Waldorf Astoria Helsinki, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort across guest rooms and public areas, contributing to a seamless and luxurious stay for every guest. Your role is essential in upholding the hotels reputation for exceptional service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

– Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

– Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas, ensuring they meet luxury brand standards

– Make and refresh beds, including changing linens and ensuring flawless presentation

– Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items

– Replenish guest amenities, towels, linens, and in-room supplies

– Vacuum carpets, clean floors, and remove waste from rooms and service areas

– Conduct detailed room inspections to ensure quality and consistency

– Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly

– Handle guest requests efficiently, professionally, and with a service-focused approach

– Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and sustainability guidelines at all times

– Support team members and assist with additional housekeeping duties as required

What We Are Looking For

– Fluent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)

– Impeccable grooming and professional presentation in line with luxury brand standards

– Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential

– Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation

– A passion for delivering exceptional guest service

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays

– Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting

– Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

– Has a valid working visa

Hourly wage: TES

Working hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per 3 weeks

Working hours: from Monday to Sunday between 8:00-18:00
