About the position

Santa Claus Holiday Village Safaris is looking for Elves to work at the Santa Claus meeting point and/or the Elf Clubhouse located at the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi. Are you the elf who sprinkles a little Christmas spirit into every customers day?

As an Elf, you will work in versatile customer service and sales tasks in the very heart of the Arctic Circle, surrounded by a magical Christmas atmosphere. Your duties include cashier work, stocking shelves and other shop tasks, as well as photography and photo editing. In addition, you will have the opportunity to join special moments by accompanying Santa Claus on private pre-booked meetings with guests in their cabins. The role emphasizes fully embracing the elf character and a genuine passion for customer service. You will become part of a busy and international Christmas season at the Arctic Circle, where every day is different and filled with unforgettable encounters.

The employment period runs from September 2026 to March 2027. Full-season and shorter contracts are available, starting from approximately one-month employment periods. Various working hour models are offered: on-call employment contracts, 90 h / 3 weeks and 112,5 h / 3 weeks contracts. The work is scheduled flexibly including evenings, weekends and public holidays during the peak season. The terms of employment follow the collective agreement for the retail sector. The employment relationship is established between Bondata and the employee.

Salary
