Official Santa Claus Services creates authentic and individual Santa Claus experiences in Rovaniemi and Finnish Lapland.

Our work is based on a simple idea: meeting Santa Claus should be more than just another programme item. Every encounter is different, and at its best, even a short meeting can become a memory that lasts a lifetime.

We serve international guests in a variety of environments and situations. Santa visits may take place in hotels, accommodation properties, private events and as part of different Christmas and tourism programmes. Through our work, we meet children, families and adults from all over the world.

Our goal is to create warm, genuine and unforgettable encounters. That is why we value authenticity, reliability, professionalism and the ability to treat every guest as an individual.

We do not believe that the best encounters are created by simply following a memorised script. We believe in listening, being present, reading different situations and adapting naturally to the people we meet.
