Senior Sous Chef

We are looking for a senior sous chef with over 5-10 years of experience in kitchens (including fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants). You might be the one were looking for if you already have leadership skills, sincere interest in sustainability, are creative and eager to learn.

We need someone that brings strong command of advanced culinary techniques, with hands-on expertise in farm-to-table cuisine, fermentation, and fire-based cooking always prioritising local ingredients, seasonality, and sustainability.

As a kitchen leader, the person should be experienced on team management, seasonal menu creation, cost control, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety while being passionate about delivering meaningful gastronomic experiences that blend technical precision, cultural authenticity, and environmental responsibility.
