We appreciate the insight of every individual and see our employees as our most valuable resource.Our guests are truly international and so is our team, speaking all together 17 languages!About the RoleAs a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness. Your responsibilities will include supervising the housekeeping staff, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet our exceptional quality standards, managing inventory, and liaising with other departments to provide an outstanding guest experience.The role involves physically demanding tasks such as lifting, walking and standing for extended periods. Candidates with good physical stamina and strength are better equipped to handle these responsibilities effectively.Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department
Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance
Work in housekeeping as a part of the team
Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards
Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary
Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies
Requirements
Valid B drivers’ license
Fluent spoken and written English
Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
2 or more years of experience as a cleaner
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Good communication skills
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Beneficial Qualifications
Familiarity with property management systems
Patience and compassion when dealing with staff and guests

Starts: October, Ends: March/April
Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period
Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience
Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement
If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €250,00/month
