Snowhotel Family is a family-owned company that offers unique ice and snow experiences in Lehtojärvi and in Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi. In Lehtojärvi you can find Glass Igloos and a Snow Hotel, that offers unforgettable accommodation experiences under the flaming Northern Lights and surrounded by beautiful nature. Snowsauna and ice restaurants local treats won’t let you down! Snowman World, located in Santa Claus Village invites the whole family for snowy activities and to the playground made of ice and snow. Nearby you can also find a unique restaurant Santamus that offers tasty dishes for every occasion.

We are now looking for waiters for the busy winter season 2024–2025 for the Arctic Snow Hotel in Lehtojärvi, which is 25 km away from the Rovaniemi city center. The restaurants of Arctic Snow Hotel in Lehtojärvi offers experiences in five restaurants; Ice restaurant and Ice Bar serves an unforgettable experience using dishes made of ice located inside of Snow Hotel. Snow House is located right next to Arctic Snow Hotels reception and the restaurant serves breakfasts and dinners. Restaurant Kota has a cozy athmosphere and the heart of the restaurant is beutiful fireplace, which might be used to make salmon local way. Sky bar & Lounge with glass roof, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenary while having a sip of hot or cold drink. If lucky, you might see Northern Lights dancing above you.

Your duties as a waiter include serving plates and buffets, waitering at the bar, recommending food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction with your own valuable contribution. As a waiter your work includes also cleaning tasks if needed. There are shifts on weekdays and weekends in day and evening shifts. We expect previous experience of waitering, english language skills and real passion for the job – the most important thing is your service mind, passion for customer service and your will to do your best.

Full time employment (112,5h/3 weeks) starts from the end of November and lasts until mid-January (christmas season) or the end of March (full season). Part-time work is also possible according to your availability! Terms of employment are based on the collective agreement of hotel- and restaurant industry, salary according to the agreement. Employment contract will be between Go On and the employee. We offer accommodation with reasonable price if needed.
