EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION TEACHER

Are you passionate about working with young children? Tiny Wonders daycare is the sister location of By the Sea daycare and opened in August 2025. We are looking for pedagogically oriented and dedicated early childhood education teacher to join our fantastic team in helping our newest addition to blossom and grow.

Our early years approach is based on Finlands Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) curriculum. We have been opening our second bi-lingual daycare to Ruoholahti, Helsinki, in August 2025 and we are looking for a:

Early childhood education teacher/Deputy manager

Teaching and caring for children from 1-6 years old Partner with parents to provide the best care for their children Handling everyday practical matters Being an active member of the team and developing the education and care

Must haves: -In Finland fully Recognized early childhood education teacher -Strong pedagogical approach -Very good finnish language skills and English communication skills -Collaborative team player -A Positive person and passionate about working with young children -Recognize each chid as an individual- Very good finnish language skills is a must!

Good to haves: -Experience in a multi-cultural environment -1+ years of experience working with children -Preschool teacher qualification is considered an advantage, manager experience is considered an advantage
