**Join Us as a Cleaning Services Supervisor in Commercial Cleaning – Kemi / Tornio**

Are you an experienced cleaning professional interested in a supervisory role where you can support your teams daily operations and help ensure high-quality service delivery? With us, work is carried out responsibly as part of a reliable and professional team.

As a Service Supervisor reporting to your manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning services at the customer site. You will work responsibly and ensure that tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with agreed quality standards and operating procedures. You will act as a key link between employees, management, and customers, supporting your supervisor in daily operations. Please note that this position does not include formal managerial responsibility.

Customer service is a central part of the role, and success requires a customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. In this position, you will have a direct impact on the customer experience and the smooth management of customer relationships. Active collaboration, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach are therefore essential.

Your responsibilities include:

– Ensuring the quality and smooth execution of daily cleaning operations, as well as planning work allocation and using resources cost-effectively

– Continuously developing operations together with your supervisor and actively contributing improvement ideas

– Guiding and onboarding employees and ensuring safe working practices

– Cooperating with customers and maintaining customer relationships

– Regular participation in practical cleaning work

We expect you to have:

– Experience in cleaning work and knowledge of commercial cleaning services

– Relevant education or training in the cleaning industry

– The ability to guide and support colleagues in everyday situations, promote an equal and respectful work environment, and provide clear feedback

– Strong organizational skills and initiative

– A customer-friendly approach and positive attitude

– The ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively

– Good communication skills in Finnish or English, both spoken and written. Language skills are important in this supervisory role to ensure clear communication, understanding of work instructions, safe working practices, and effective management of employment-related matters. – If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit

– A valid drivers license and access to a car, as the working area is extensive and the role involves travel

Considered an advantage:

– Previous experience in supervisory or leadership roles

– A Hygiene Passport and/or Occupational Safety Card

– A fixed-term, full-time employment contract (37.5 hours per week)

– Morning, daytime, and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends

– A mutually agreed start date, with employment ending on 31 August 2026
