At the start of your employment, your working location will be an industrial site, where the work is primarily carried out early in the mornings starting at 6:00. In this role, you will work at our customer site, ensuring the cleanliness of the premises and performing other customer service tasks related to cleaning services.

We offer you a permanent and part-time position, 15 hours per week. The work will begin as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Compensation will be in accordance with the collective labor agreement for property service employees and depends on your job tasks. The training wage is 10.75€/hour, after which the wage will be 11.94€/hour. When the working area is extensive, you will need a driver’s license and your own car.

Success in this role requires a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work as a reliable and diligent team player. A customer-friendly approach to work and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the work community are key qualities. Previous experience and/or education in cleaning work is an advantage, but not mandatory. The tasks include maintenance cleaning and operating machines in industrial halls. Basic cleaning skills are a plus and may open up opportunities for additional work.

Our team is made up of wonderful people from over 100 different nationalities, and a common language is the key to smooth cooperation and great team spirit! The work does not require fluency in Finnish if your English is fluent; in that case, basic Finnish skills will suffice. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit for Finland when applying.
