We are looking for an 

Experienced Service Manager, SAP to deliver and improve SAP-related services while managing business expectations. Our team is responsible for SAP ERP systems and HR systems. We collaborate closely with business units, other IT domains, and external partners. Our main environment is SAP S/4HANA.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead vendor and contract management for multiple partners (development, AMS, hosting), ensuring quality, performance, and accountability.
• Coordinate and improve incident, change, and problem management processes in line with ITIL practices
• Ensure clear communication during changes and possible incidents and conduct regular service reviews, increase efficiency and effectiveness of the services
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize development needs together with teams.
• Encourage Business and cross IT collaboration, identify obstacles in service delivery and help teammates to overcome them 
• Support ongoing and upcoming projects, changes, and upgrades
• Ensure our solutions align with group strategy, architecture principles, and governance.

You

You are a strong communicator, problem solver, and relationship builder with an understanding of ERP systems—preferably SAP—and experience managing IT services in a structured environment. Ideally, you have:

• Several years of experience in service management, application management, or IT operations
• Experience working with external vendors and multi-supplier environments
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices
• A proactive, organized, and business-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
• Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
