We are now looking for an

Experienced and business-oriented SAP Architect to take ownership of our SAP landscape and guide the development of end-to-end ERP processes. We are looking for someone who can combine deep SAP expertise with strong architectural thinking and who can ensure that our SAP solutions support both current and future business needs. You will play a key role in defining our SAP roadmap, governing solution design, and coordinating work across internal teams and external partners. Our main SAP environment is SAP 4/Hana.

This role

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the architectural owner for SAP domains
• Define and maintain the solution architecture, ensuring quality and alignment with business processes
• Lead solution design activities and guide functional consultants and vendors in implementing consistent, scalable solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end process integration across SAP modules and connected systems.
• Support project planning, impact assessments, and architectural reviews for new initiatives and changes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions, and translate needs into sustainable SAP solutions.
• Act as an advisor in vendor management, estimates, delivery quality, and technical decisions.
• Define technical standards and guide teams to follow them
• Contribute to the long-term SAP roadmap, modernization activities, and continuous improvement.
• Support transition phases such as carve out processes by securing system continuity and managing risks effectively

You

You are a structured, analytical, and collaborative SAP expert who enjoys working on complex end-to-end processes. You see the bigger picture while managing detailed solution design decisions. Ideally, you have:

• Strong expertise in one or more SAP systems and SAP Architecture
• Experience as solution architect, solution lead, senior consultant, or similar advanced SAP role.
• Good understanding of SAP integration, cross-module dependencies and end-to-end business processes.
• Ability to lead design discussions, challenge technical proposals, and guide vendors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent Finnish and English skills
