Able Seafarer – Aava VG

We are looking for an Able Seafarer deck c.d. (Matruusi YT) – holding a Certificate of
Competency as Able Seafarer deck c.d. (STCW II/5 & III/4).

This position requires certificates for common duty meaning that the seafarer must
carry certificates for both the deck and engine department with focus on the deck
department. Previous experience from similar vessel types is an advantage.

General information

The position is open immediately in January 2026. This position is permanent after a
traditional trial period.

Rotation according to 1:1 system, work and leave periods approximately five (5)
weeks. Salary, other terms and conditions according to valid CBA. Official working lan-
guage is English and therefore good language skills are required.
